(Oral) This Court finds that when the petitioner moved before the Court of Sessions for grant of anticipatory bail, he chose to withdraw the same later.

In view of the aforestated position, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner has not fully exhausted his remedies inasmuch as he has chosen not to argue the matter before the Court of Sessions. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh before the Court of Sessions.
