Prayer made in the present petition is for setting aside the impugned orders and directing the respondents to release the benefits alongwith consequential benefits.

Learned counsel would contend that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a legal notice dated 30.09.2024, Annexure P-13, has been served upon respondent Nos.1 and 2, which has yet not evoked any response, to which learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the matter is under active consideration and the same shall be decided within a period of 2 months.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Disposed of accordingly and if the petitioner is found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to her interest, the same may be passed after granting opportunity of hearing to her and shall contain reasons, whereupon she shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
