(Oral) Petitioner has filed this 2nd petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.112 dated 30.10.2019, under Sections 21/25/27/29 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Special Task Force, District Mohali. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press present petition and prays for withdrawal of the same. The prayer is accepted.
