Claim of the petitioner for regularising his services as Adda Fees Clerk with the Panchayat Samiti, Talwara has been rejected by speaking order dated 29.12.2017 passed by the competent authority in compliance of the directions dated 26.9.2013 passed in CWP 18564/1998. Mr.Salar concedes that speaking order has been passed and therefore, his client wishes to challenge the same. Disposed of.
