Prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to facilitate taking over actual physical possession of the mortgaged property as described at Sr. No.1, 2, 4 and 5 in notice dated 11.10.2017 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that physical possession of mortgaged property as described at Sr. No.1, 2, 4 and 5 detailed in notice dated 11.10.2017 has since been taken, thus this writ petition is rendered infructuous.
