The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.
Vide order dated 14.01.2022, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner subject to his joining investigation. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 14.01.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Tejinder Singh does not dispute the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required.
