Present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction that the order dated 23.03.2017 be complied with at the earliest, in any case, not later one month. In case, a fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner to invoke contempt jurisdiction, apart from punishing the guilty, it would also consider imposition of exemplary costs, which shall be deducted from the salary of the officers, found responsible for the delay/non-compliance.
