Mr. Arihant Goyal, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Sandeep S. Mann, Sr. Deputy Advocate General, Punjab. Nirmaljit Kaur, J. (Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of Dr. Anil Kumar Hooda, Prinicpal Chief Conservator of Forests, dated 19.11.2018 has been filed in Court today.
As per reply, the respondents have released `13,70,991/- on account of arrears of pay due to the petitioner from 7.7.2014 to 6.11.2017. Pay orders dated 5.9.2018 and 6.9.2018 have been placed on record as Anneuxre R-1.
In view of the above undertaking, the present contempt petition is accordingly dismissed.
However, in case of any discrepancy, the petitioner is at liberty to file representation before the concerned respondent-authorities within two weeks. The respondents shall look into the same and decide within four weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation. Rule issued to the respondents stands discharged.
