SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 483 BNSS has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in FIR No.330 dated 28.07.2024 under Sections 309(4), 310(2), 308(2), 331(6), 111 of BNS, 2023 (Sections 190,191,238,324(2) BNS, 2023 added later on) registered at P.S Zirakpur. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
