On the asking of the court, Mr. Gaurav Jindal, Addl.A.G., Haryana. present in court, accepts notice.

Petitioner alleges violation of order passed by the writ court on 18.09.2017, Annexure P-1. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "Accordingly, without commenting upon the merit of the case and keeping in view the above and since the petitioner herself has already represented for the redressal of necessary grievances on 07.09.2017 itself (Annexure P-5) whereby the grading and the stations have been mentioned, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the same, within a period of 10 days from the receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case an adverse order is to be passed, same should contain reasons and be communicated to the petitioner.

Mr. Jindal, learned State counsel, submits that in case, no appeal is pending against the order passed by the writ court, the aforesaid order shall be complied with at the earliest, in any case, not later one month. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of. However, in case, a fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner to invoke contempt jurisdiction, this court shall consider imposition of exemplary costs, which shall be deducted from the salary of the officers, found responsible for the delay/non-compliance.
