In view of the separate order dated 29.5.2009 passed in CP No.75 of 2007, M/s Syal Leasing Ltd. Vs. Reserve Bank of India, whereby voluntary winding up petition filed by M/s Syal Leasing Ltd. has been admitted and the Official Liquidator has been appointed as Provisional Liquidator, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous, however, with the liberty to the petitioners to get the same revived in case the respondentCompany comes out of liquidation.
