***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner alleges that he was arrested and taken to Mansa despite anticipatory bail granted to him by the Additional District Judge, Mansa.
Stand of the investigating agency is that the petitioner was taken to Mansa 29th October, 2016, for the purpose of investigation and released on the same day.
Admittedly, by now, untraced report has been filed in this case. No further direction is, thus, necessary. However, Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa, shall examine whether petitioner was taken to Mansa for the purpose of investigation.
