Petitioner alleges violation of order passed by the writ court on 19.05.2017, Annexure P-1. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "In these circumstances, without issuing notice to opposite party, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the said legal notice of the petitioner dated 29.09.2016 (Annexure P-2) and decide the same within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order."

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that legal notice shall be decided at the earliest, in any case, not later one month. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
