Petitioner is seeking to invoke the contempt jurisdiction on the plea that respondents 1 to 3 i.e. Kanungo, Patwari Halqa and Naib Tehsildar,Mehatpur,Tehsil Nakodar,Distt.Jalandhar are not executing warrants of possession.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, no ground for invoking contempt jurisdiction is made out as the remedy lies elsewhere. Dismissed.
