According to State counsel a speaking order, Annexure R1 has been passed. Thus, no cause of action survives in this petition. In view of above, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Rule is discharged.

Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the same in case any cause of action still survives.
