(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing the order dated 18.10.2011 (Annexure P-5), passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bathinda, whereby the petitioner was declared as Proclaimed Offender in case FIR No. 02, dated 30.09.2010, under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC, registered at Women Cell District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner is appearing before the trial Court.

Learned counsel for the State has also confirmed this fact. Keeping in view the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
