Petitioners, alongwith others filed CWP 4398/2016 seeking a direction to respondents to frame appropriate recruitment rules, incorporating the norms for promotion giving atleast two effective opportunities for promotion to them during entire service period in the light of various judgments of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 4.3.2016 by directing respondents concerned to take a decision on the legal notice dated 6.11.2015 by passing a speaking order after affording opportunity of hearing preferably within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.

Alleging disobedience of said order instant contempt has been filed.

Upon notice, written statement has been filed stating therein that the legal notice served by the petitioners stand decided vide speaking order R-1 and communicated to petitioners vide postal Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.04.27 18:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
