(Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of order dated 30.5.2018, vide which the respondents were directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a speaking order.
Today, in compliance of the said order, learned counsel for the State has placed on record a copy of speaking order dated 20.11.2018. Copy of the same has been supplied to counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, the present contempt petition is rendered infructuous. The same is accordingly, dismissed. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by passing of the said order dated 21.11.2018, he is at liberty to challenge the same, in accordance with law.
