*** JASWANT SINGH, J.(ORAL) Petitioner filed CWP 7893/2016 for issuance of a writ directing the respondents to count his service rendered from 1.4.1982 to 30.4.1986 in the government aided institutions against an added and sanctioned post for the purpose of annual increments, higher standard scale, ACP and Pensionary Benefits.

The said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 28.4.2016 with a direction to respondents to take a decision on the legal notice served by the petitioner in this regard preferably within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. In the instant contempt petition, disobedience of said order dated 28.4.2016 has been alleged.

Notice of motion was issued.

COCP 3068/2016 Phulia,Director, Elementary Education,Haryana has been filed stating therein that a speaking order dated 20.10.2016 has already been passed on the legal notice served by the petitioner,declining the claim of the petitioner. It is thus apparent that so far as scope of present contempt is concerned, no further action is warranted and the same is hereby dismissed. However, petitioner, if so advised, may seek judicial remedy against the said order dated 20.10.2016.
