The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.26 dated 23.01.2022, registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 427, 506 and 379-B IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 (Section 325 IPC added later on) at Police Station Bawani Khera, District Bhiwani.

Learned State counsel submits that the case is at the fag end as only 01 prosecution witness remains to be examined. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage and issuance of a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
