Counsel for the State, on the basis of the affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Moonak, District Sangrur submits that in order to maintain the order of status quo, the preventive action under Sections 107/151 Cr.P.C., have been initiated. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
