NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) CM-22210-CII-2017 Application for exemption is allowed as prayed for. COCP-3021-2017 The present contempt is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 10.01.2017 vide which a direction was issued to decide claim of the respondents.

Today, learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record the order dated 20.06.2017 vide which it is held that the amount due to the petitioner has since been paid except the interest part.
