Mr. Lajpat Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner. RAJIV SHARMA,J By invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner seeks a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant him one week's parole so as to attend the marriage of his sister's daughter.

The grounds raised in the petition for enlargement on parole are neither convincing nor persuasive.

We do not find any reason to entertain this petition. Dismissed.
