It is not in dispute that the order has been complied with. It is further not disputed that the amount so due to the petitioner has since been paid by way of cheque, copy of which has also been placed on record at page 23 of the affidavit.
In view of the admitted position, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding with the contempt petition, the same is accordingly dismissed.
However, in case the petitioner is not satisfied with said order passed, she is at liberty to avail of legal remedy available to her in SHARMILA DEVI 2018.11.26 17:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document phhc
