ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 06.07.2017 vide which the writ petition was disposed of in terms of a judgment passed in CWP No.6678 of 2014 titled as "Amar Singh and others vs The Stae of Punjab and others".

Counsel for the petitioner has fairly conceded that the judgment in Amar Singh's case has been stayed by the LPA bench. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous, at this stage.
