Petition herein is, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus to stay the operation and implementation of order dated 21.02.2023 (Annexure P-1) during pendency of the appeal with stay application dated 19.12.2024 (Annexure P-2), as the matter is now fixed for 22.01.2025 and warrants of possession have also been issued. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition. 3.
