A perusal of the last orders reveal that the adjournment is taken either by counsel for the petitioner or by the respondent. On the last date of hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Even today, counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is not ready with the arguments.

Though there is an adjournment slip by the respondent, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is granted to move an application for restoration of the petition along with the affidavit of both the respective counsels that they will argue the case when the application for restoration is listed for hearing.
