26 Present writ petition has been filed for directing respondents No.3 to 5 especially respondent No.5 in directing respondent No.6 to adopt resolution authorizing its Sarpanch or any member in filing eviction application before respondent No.4 against respondents No.8 and 9, who have illegally, forcibly in connivance with respondents No.6 and 7 encroached upon Panchayat Land comprising in Khasra No.7//26 (0-8) GM pond meant for bathing and drinking water for the animals of the village and also directing respondents No.2 and 3 especially respondent No.2 to put under suspension respondent No.6 including respondent No.7 immediately of their acts and omissions intentionally by not discharging their officials duties in accordance with provisions of Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 rather acted against the interests of respondent No.6.
