Petitioners had filed the instant contempt alleging disobedience of order dated 27.8.2014 passed by this Court vide which respondent was directed to look into the representation moved by the petitioners for removal of illegal encroachment by one Jaswant Singh upon Khasra no.323,Village Nathupur, Gurugram.

Upon notice status reports have been filed from time to time, showing that the encroachment against which petitioners were aggrieved stands removed.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the instant petition. In view of the above,dismissed as withdrawn.
