Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) By way of present contempt petition, petitioner had alleged non-compliance of the order dated 20.10.2016(P-1) passed by this Court in CWP 21183/2016 disposing of the said writ petition after noticing the statement of learned State counsel that petitioner would be permitted to join his previous place of posting at Govt.Senior Secondary School,Tanda Batha, as consequent upon his transfer to Ludhiana he was not being permitted to join his new place of posting.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner seeks simpliciter withdrawal of the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
