Ms. Geeta Sharma, Advocate for the respondents. JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner retired as Revenue Accountant on 30.6.2012 from the employment of Punjab State Power Corporation Limited. Subsequently, he was issued charge sheet dated 04.2.2013 for imposition of punishment. He filed writ petition bearing CWP No.5141 of 2014 challenging the aforesaid charge sheet as also praying for directions to release all his retiral benefits, which was allowed vide order dated 10.7.2015 whereby the charge sheet and the subsequent proceedings were quashed and a direction was issued to release the retiral benefits. In the present petition, the alleged violation is of the directions contained in the order dated 10.7.2015. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the present contempt petition has become infructuous as order dated 10.72015 itself stands set aside by the LPA Bench in LPA No.302 of 2016 (O&M), decided on
COCP No.3103 of 2015 #2# 01.2.2017 and the matter has been remanded back to learned Single Bench for a decision afresh.
