Mr. Onkar Rai, Advocate, for the petitioners. Mr. Anant Bir Singh Sidhu, Advocate, for the respondent. Nirmaljit Kaur, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that cost has been paid to the petitioners.
Reply by way of affidavit of Dilip Kumar, Branch Manager, Punjab and Sind Bank, Branch Office, Bodalwala, Tehsil Jagraon, District Ludhiana dated 5.12.2018 filed in Court is taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent was not party in the civil revision as he is not required to comply with the order as per the direction issued. Now that appointment of Receiver has been stayed by this Court, he has no objection in allowing the petitioners to operate their bank account.
In view of the above statement, no further order is required to be passed.
