Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the matter since stands settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. A report of the Mediator is also on the record wherein it has been stated that the parties have amicably settled all their disputes and have entered into a written compromise.

Mr. Harminder Singh, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of contesting respondent No.1 and states that he has no objection if the application is allowed.

CR-90-2020 (O&M) -2CR-90-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter has since been settled between the parties before Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The report of the Mediator dated 10.05.2022 also states that both the parties have since entered into a written compromise and have amicably settled all their disputes. The learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the compromise, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that he has no objection if the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
