SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Reply filed on behalf of respondent no.1 today in court is taken on record.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that despite offer petitioner is deliberately avoiding to take possession of plot to avoid nonconstructions charges. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to take possession of the plot even tomorrow.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that possession will be handed over to the petitioner at the spot tomorrow at 11.00 a.m. He should remain present there as there is no dispute regarding demarcation because all other plots in that vicinity have already been constructed and only plot of petitioner is lying vacant.

In view of the submissions by learned counsel for respondent, this petition stands disposed of. It is, however, made clear that in the event of petitioner having any grievance, he may file fresh petition if so required. Rule discharged.
