HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) CRM-15624-2023 Through the instant application, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the main case i.e.

CRM-M-1124-2023, on the ground that complaint bearing COMI/134/2020 (Annexure P-13) has been withdrawn by respondent No.2. The main case is pending otherwise for 15.05.2023. Pursuant to advance copy of application having been sent to learned counsel for the respondent-State of Punjab, Mr. Subhash Godara, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, appears and submits that he has no objection, if the present application is allowed and the main case is taken up on Board today itself and is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. For the reasons stated in the application and having no objection from the counsel opposite, the same is allowed as prayed for and the main case is taken up on Board today itself i.e. 17.04.2023. Main case Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.
