(Heard through video-conferencing) ***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.79 dated 30.08.2019, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, 1860 at Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Taran.

While issuing notice of motion on 10.01.2020, following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the allegation is of receiving excess amount of compensation as against the entitlement. Similarly situated accused in CRM-M No.47127 of 2019 titled 'Sukhdev Singh vs. State of Punjab' decided on GEETA RANI 2021.10.14 17:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.708 of 2020 (O&M) --2-- 17.12.2019 and CRM-M No.46984 of 2019 titled 'Manjit Singh vs. State of Punjab' decided on 04.12.2019 have been granted the concession of anticipatory bail. Notice of motion for 26.02.2020.

In the meanwhile, petitioner is directed to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer to join investigation on 21.01.2020 at 11.00 a.m. and in the event of his arrest, he shall be enlarged on ad interim bail, on his furnishing requisite bail bonds/surety bonds subject to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer. However, petitioner shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C."

In compliance of the aforesaid order, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Sukhbir Kaur admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case. In the aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 10.01.2020 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
