JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The complainant, by filing the present contempt petition, alleged that the respondents-police Authorities have violated the order dated 16.5.2014 (P.2) passed by this Court in CRM-M-24422 of 2012 inspite of their undertaking to look into his complaint.

At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, in the light of report (R.4/T) wherein it is stated that the DSP, Sub Division, Kharar, after thorough inquiry on the complaint of the petitioner, has found that no further action is required to be taken. Present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the rule is discharged.
