**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present writ petition, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents to release the amount of compensation in favour of petitioners against acquisition of their land followed by award dated 24.09.2011.

No one appears on behalf of petitioners, the position remained same even on the last date of hearing.

Learned counsel representing respondents submits that the amount of compensation was released in favour of petitioners through their power of attorney-holder Harjit Singh son of Mr. Chuhad Singh in two installments of Rs.13,00,000/- and Rs.2,23,745/- on 28.04.2021 and 02.09.2021 respectively by Land Acquisition Collector-cum-SDM Budhlada. In view thereof, no cause survives in the present writ petition. 4.

Accordingly the present petition is disposed of. 5.

It is, however, made clear that in case the petitioners are left with any grievance they shall be at liberty to approach the respondents for making detailed representation which shall be decided by passing a speaking order thereupon.
