RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.119, dated 06.12.2022, under Sections 379-B(2), 148, 149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Daba, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana, Annexure P-1.
After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to surrender before the Court concerned.
Allowed as prayed for.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the Court concerned within a week and files an application for bail, then the concerned Court is directed to deal with and decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
