RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to allocate/assign the nearest station (which is vacant) to him, as at the time of the appointment given by the respondents, the petitioner has opted several stations but despite this fact, the petitioner has been given posting in District Nuh (Mewat). Further prayer of the petitioner is for issuance of direction to the respondents to decide his representation dated 10.10.2019 (P-5).

Pursuant to advertisement dated 15.06.2019 (P-1), petitioner participated for the post of Assistant Block Resource Coordinators (ABRCS) on contract basis. The petitioner was given appointment letter dated 10.09.2019 (P-2) and he was informed that you have to join and have to fill the cluster at the website of the department. The petitioner gave his preference of stations on 12.09.2019 (P-4) but he was not provided the stations which he opted and was alloted a station/school at Government High School Bibipur (Nuh) District Nuh (Mewat). CWP No. 492-2020 Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Shruti Jain, D.A.G. Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall hand over copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself.

Ms. Shruti Jain, DAG, Haryana on instructions from Project Director has informed the Court that the department will call for option for station within two or three months from the selected candidates and will consider allotment of district as per their choices, as per availability of vacancies.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to respondents to decide the representation dated 10.10.2019 (P-5) by passing a speaking order, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
