Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 07.11.2013 passed by writ court.

Short reply by way of affidavit of G. Vajralingam, Chief Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Education has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Perusal thereof shows that a speaking order, Annexure R1 dated 24.10.2016 has been passed in the case. In view of above, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. Rule is discharged. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to avail alternative remedy.
