Learned State counsel submits that order passed by writ court has been complied with. Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Agriculture has passed order, Annexure R1 remanding the case to Secretary, Punjab Mandi Board for appropriate decision after hearing the parties. He further submits that authority shall be informed that it shall pass an order at the earliest as the time frame granted by the revision authority has already expired.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
