Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that possession of the land in dispute is with the petitioner and she is ploughing the said land.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that one year service benefits of ASI Sukhwinder Singh were withheld in departmental proceedings. However, in appeal, the said order was set aside.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no cause of action survives for pursuing the contempt petition. The contempt petition is disposed of.
