Learned State counsel submits that order passed in FAO No. 8531 of 2014 has been complied with. He has referred to para 3 & 4 of the affidavit dated 23.02.2017 of Udaydeep Singh Sidhu, Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Competent Authority, Rupnagar. In response to query dated 27.02.2017, he submits that arbitrator who gave the award was appointed under sub section (5) of section 3G of the National Highways Act, 1956.
In view of above, present petition does not survive. Same is hereby dismissed. Rule is discharged.
