(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail all other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to the petitioner for redressal of her grievances including approaching the Family Court for custody of the minor child.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case, any petition is filed so as to seek custody of the minor child, by the petitioner, the same shall be dealt with by the Family Court in accordance with law.
