Mr.S.K.Sandhir, Advocate, for the petitioners. Mr.V.Ramswaroop, Addl.A.G., Punjab Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioners allege violation of order dated 6.5.2013 passed by the writ court. Learned State counsel at the outset has referred to affidavit dated 25.4.2016 and the order Annexure R/4 annexed thereto. Relevant paras 7 & 8 of which read as under:- "7. Keeping in view the position explained above, the pay scales of Rs.4125-5600 from 1.1.1986 instead of 1.1.1991 is granted to the appellants, the appellants, who are still in service shall be entitled to arrears of revised pay preceding three years from the date of filing the writ petition and those who have retired preceding three years of their retirement.

8. Decision of arrears beyond three years will be taken after the decision of the review application mentioned in para 5."

In view of above, orders passed by the writ court have been complied with. This court does not find any need to pass any further order. Petition, which has been pending for considerable time, is hereby disposed of. If any cause of action survives, petitioners shall be at liberty to make representation to appropriate authority.
