Short reply by way of affidavit of Vatsal Vashisth, Estate Officer-I, HUDA, Gurgaon has been filed. According to same, case of the petitioners was considered by screening committee and the same was rejected by a speaking order. Stand of the authorities is that if any person is aggrieved by said order, he is entitled to challenge the same in accordance with law. This court accepts the plea as speaking order has been passed. Grievance of the petitioners has been redressed. Needless to observe that if any petitioner is aggrieved by speaking order, he is at liberty to challenge the same.
