Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner is owner of some agriculture land falling within the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee, Bhadaur, District Barnala. She is aggrieved by the flow of some dirty/sewerage water trickling into her fields and thus allegedly destroying her crops. She filed a representation before the Deputy Commissioner,Barnala for redressal of her grievance and also filed CWP 2141/2015 which was got disposed of with a direction dated 16.2.2015 for deciding her representation within four weeks from the receipt of certified copy of the order.

Since the said direction has not been complied with, hence present contempt petition. At the time of hearing, realising that issue of contempt is between the Court and the alleged contemner and in the facts of present case the representation apart from being non-statutory is mis-placed, counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the instant contempt petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
