Instant contempt has been filed alleging non-compliance of order dated 6.8.2014(P-1) passed by this Court in CWP 9116/2014 whereby the appellate authority was directed to decide the appeal filed by petitioner challenging his termination, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from the receipt of certified copy of the order.
