Counsel for the petitioners, though, submits that the interest has not been properly calculated, however, he may be granted liberty to challenge the action of the respondents, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the speaking order, if so advised.
